Ron Laneve

Founder and Managing Partner

Ron has nearly 20 years of proven recruiting experience, and has built and managed high performing talent acquisition teams and processes. Ron’s key differentiator is that he has been an operator of multi-million dollar business units owning P/L management responsibility.  He approaches all talent acquisition demands from the viewpoint of the business owner and is not afraid to ask tough questions, often challenging his clients to rethink many conventional wisdoms of recruiting.

Ron founded Bell Falls Search in 2015, with the drive to help to assist small business owners and emerging growth companies with their efforts in scaling via Talent Attraction.  He has worked and for over a dozen start-ups that have built software products and professional services organizations.

Leo Paduch


Leo Paduch is a Talent Acquisition leader who has lead recruitment for start-ups and fortune 500 companies. He has worked with iconic brands like Apple, Samsung, Energizer, and Chase.

Leo has an excellent ability to partner with his clients to learn the depths of the companies offering and skills required. He has over 15 years of experience delivering and leading recruitment efforts for some of the top brands in Digital, Consumer Products, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Financial Services.

Leo’s also worked with a wide-ranging areas such as Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Big Data, e-Commerce Development, UI, UX, Information Security, Networking and Infrastructure. Leo has also become a juggernaut in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and has a proven ability to build internationally based teams to assist in scaling Talent Attraction efforts.

Leo has spent his career specializing in leading deep sourcing strategies paired with an emphasis on candidate engagement/experience, to grow and scale companies.

Stuart Taylor has over thirty years of professional experience in the recruiting industry. He has held the roles of Branch Manager, Vice President and President of two successful recruiting firms. His experience spans Medical, Biotechnology, Financial Services, Manufacturing/Distribution, and Software Manufacturing. Stuart has provided client-based solutions including the complete outsourcing of recruiting efforts, executive retained search, and contingency based recruiting at the staff level. Stuart is a graduate of De Pauw University and started his recruiting career upon graduation in 1975.

Cindy has consistently built strong client relationships with both large and small businesses spanning Medical, Biotechnology, Software Manufacturing, and Professional Services.

She has an excellent reputation for her client-centered recruiting efforts as well as record-setting performance and has provided client-based solutions including the complete outsourcing of recruiting efforts, executive retained search, and contingency based recruiting at the staff level. Prior to her Professional Recruiting career, Cindy was a successful software and hardware sales representative. She is a graduate of Ohio State University.

Joe joins the Bell Falls team as a Recruiting Principal with a cross-functional background and expertise in aligning high caliber talent with brands that he’s proud to partner with.

His curiosity leads the way in thoroughly learning about a company, their objectives, workflows, and obstacles, while becoming a resource for their current market awareness and their talent attraction needs. Joe’s ability to build trust with candidates and reach an understanding of their current struggles and what they are seeking next is integral to his approach.

Joe and his wife, Beth, live in Sagamore Hills, OH with their two cats. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, Cleveland sports, commenting on the lawn, and playing soccer whenever his body allows.
