The Challenge

Following the acquisition of Tiger Pistol from its original founders in Australia, the company needed to ramp up its Talent Attraction efforts very rapidly.  Based on past experiences with Bell Falls Search, new CEO Paul Elliott reached out to our team.  We worked with the Tiger Pistol team to implement new technology to support recruiting, candidate management, interview process development, and employment branding.

The Objectives

When engaging Bell Falls Search, Tiger Pistol had a few key objectives:

  • Create an internal recruiting capability and scale Talent Attraction across several areas of the business, including Software Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing Execution.
  • Re-establish an employment brand and consistent messaging strategy to attract new talent.
  • Implement Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) as core infrastructure for talent attraction efforts.
  • Establish analytics dashboards for more regular insights into recruiting activity.
  • Create consistent and traceable interviewing, evaluation, and selection process.
